Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OneMin, a website building service operated by Antrion. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Accounts are for individuals or businesses, not for resale of the service.

2. What the service does

OneMin lets you build a one-page website from a form, preview it, and publish it on a link we provide. Custom domains, multi-page websites, online stores and blogs are not part of the service.

3. Free draft and paid publishing

You may build and preview one website free of charge. Making a website publicly live requires payment. Each additional website is a separate purchase.

4. Fees, taxes and renewals

• ₹999 per website per year in India; $29 per website per year elsewhere.
• Applicable taxes are charged as required by law.
• We do not enable automatic renewal. Renewal is always an action you choose.
• If a website is not renewed, it stops being publicly visible at expiry.

5. No refunds

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds, credits or partial refunds under any circumstances, including unused time, accidental purchase, or a change of mind. You can build and preview the full product free before paying.

6. Your content

You own the text, images and other content you upload. You grant us the limited right to host, store and display it so we can operate the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove websites that break it, are illegal, deceptive, or harm other people.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features over time. We may apply fair-use limits on traffic, storage and enquiry volume to keep the service stable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
